I've been practicing my painting again.  Its strange how you lose confidence when you work regularly on the computer. I love the computer, but the physicality of traditional painting is important to me.

Snow, snow go away! 

Down here in the south we don't usually see much snow so maybe we're finished with it this season. I've been working on a new technique with colored pencil and watercolor. Actually, its now that new really, I used a similar technique with pastel and watercolor in the past. I still use Painter and Photoshop but the texture of real materials is hard to duplicate. Also, I have found I enjoy the physical activity of painting, drawing and the smell of materials.
